Blame the banks
Banks must change or be prepared to be changed, according to the Office of Fair Trading (OFT).
A number of investigations have previously taken place into how banks treat their customers, but under current plans, the OFT has pledged to overhaul competition within the industry once and for all?
But is this really necessary, it is it just another case of ‘blame the bankers’? Many individuals do struggle to understand banking jargon, but is such a dramatic overhaul really the best course of action?
