Since relocating to Priority Sites’ Abbey Court development last year, specialist educational service provider The Skills Network has expanded so rapidly that the firm has just signed its second extra lease in 12 months and is now actively recruiting more employees.
The Skills Network is a specialist educational service provider offering high quality learning resources to FE Colleges, Schools, employers and individual learners nationwide. They have more than doubled staff numbers to 76 in response to an increasing demand for their services since relocating from The Iron Works in Selby town centre in April last year.
Abbey Courtis a popular development withinSelbyBusinessPark, fronting the A63 SelbyBypass and comprising of 15 high quality, self-contained buildings totalling 26,870 sq ft. In April 2011, The Skills Network leased the 2,449 sq ftBuilding 16 for its 30 relocating staff. Having already expanded to 46 full-time employees by November, they signed an additional lease for a further 938 sq ft in neighbouringBuilding 14 and have now taken the remaining 959 sq ft in that building to occupy both 14 and 16 completely.
