Increase in sales, new clients and new staff for Asbestos Company
A D Scott Consultancy of Blackhill, County Durham www.asbestosconsultancy.net has seen a fantastic growth in their business. In the last fourteen months they have won new multi-international clients, increased their sales, expanded into a new office and employed five new staff.
David Scott the owner of A D Scott Consultancy said “it has been a fantastic period we have come a long way in only fourteen months. It has not been without its challenges but what has helped has been the confidence and belief I gained through working with Arrow Sales.”
David attended a one day sales course ran by Michael McMeekin of Arrow Sales that in his own words proved “valuable”. The one day course was an “eye-opener and highlighted that sales is a continuous effort that needed to be structured and consistence” said David.
“The exercises on listening and not judging people helped me understand how to approach clients and prospects. At the end of the day it confirmed to me that I needed some help to put these new skills in to practice”.
After the one day course David and Michael sat down in a few one to one meetings with the objective of increasing sales and growing the business. “The sessions were a great help and what I got out of them was that my confidence grew and most importantly so did my belief in what I was doing would be a success” said David.
Michael McMeekin said “that David had all the attributes to be a success, he knows his industry inside out all he needed was some guidance. However it isn’t enough to train people new sales skills it is about encouraging them to put the new sales skills into practice today, tomorrow and on-going that turns them into a success”
