The Whitley Bay Film Festival 2012 celebrates great films, in great locations in Whitley Bay, a town without a cinema.

We are organising this years Whitley Bay Film Festival for 17th August to 2nd September 2012. If you are interested in getting involved in the festival, please complete our participation form by the end of May 2012, indicating the ways in which you would like to contribute.

The Whitley Bay festival is a ‘not for profit’ community event. We will try to incorporate your ideas and get you involved where possible. Primate Productions Ltd is a not for profit, social enterprise, cooperative based in Whitley Bay, since 2007.
