What is Investors in People?

Investors in People is a practical, flexible and easy to use good practice framework, delivering organisational improvement by focusing on the development of people to achieve real results. 

What is Investors in People? is an introductory workshop designed to help you explore Investors in People and what it means for your organisation, with interactive exercises to help you determine where you are against the Standard and how to identify areas that require development. 

This session is ideal for delegates who:

• Have little or no experience of the Investors in People standard
• Are working towards first time assessment or have responsibility for Investors in People in a recognised organisation with little practical experience
• Are looking for an overview of Investors in People to help improve organisational performance
• Want to explore where their organsiation may be against the Standard and how they can implement good practice

• An overview of the Standard structure and content
• Self Assessment to help you start to identify areas for improvement
