Non-Executive Director for North East Regional Investment Fund Three Ltd/ North East Regional Investment Fund Partner Ltd/ Enterprise Development North East Ltd/NFM (Holdco) Ltd

These four companies are subsidiaries of North East Access to Finance Ltd and are responsible for the oversight of a number of publicly funded investment funds set up to benefit SMEs in North East England and to generate a legacy fund for future SME investments. A Non-Executive Director is sought to join the Boards of these companies to assist with their future strategic development and that of their funds. If you have an understanding of FEIs and experience of the issues facing SMEs in the region, coupled with strategic vision and clarity of thinking, you may well be suited to this position.  Overall time commitment: 8-10 days pa.  Salary £10k + expenses.
