Sales Administrator

THE ROLE 

Working on the vascular side of the business, you will be required to manage stock levels, keep track of order numbers, ensure stock is delivered to clients on time, order stock as and when required and deal with any general enquiries from clients. You must have excellent knowledge of Excel as you will be required to analyse data and produce various spreadsheets as part of your work.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS 

  • Previous sales administration experience is essential
  • You must have excellent knowledge of Excel, including the ability to use V Look-ups
  • Experience of SAP (preferred but not essential)
  • Understanding of stock rotation
  • Understanding of consignment stock
  • Ability to analyse data effectively
  • Ability to work independently and work on own initiative
  • Flexible attitude towards working longer hours if and when required

SALARY AND BENEFITS 

  • £8.52 per hour

HOURS OF WORK AND TYPE OF CONTRACT 

  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
  • Temp-perm contract for the right candidate
