This is a newly created post within the Marketing Department and based in the Durham office. 

The role will support and guide Wind Prospect’s UK Development Teams in their process of obtaining planning consents, particularly from the point at which projects go public. This role will alleviate some of the pressure and workload on development managers and provide a dedicated resource for supporting this foundation area of our business.

This role will involve travelling to public exhibitions across the UK and also to each of our development offices.

The ideal candidate will need:-

Several years’ experience of marketing communication activities, experience of communicating with the media, very good all round communication skills, taking responsibility for themselves and managing own workload.

It would also be desirable for:-

Experience of local authorities / working with councillors, experience in PR, knowledge of the wind industry.

Salary: Above £30k, but depending on experience.
