THE ROLE

Our client based in Peterlee, a world class product development company who are committed to excellence in design, manufacturing and exporting internationally have a vacancy for an experienced Product Design Engineer.

Role will include;

• Product design of safety valves and couplings for the oil, gas and petrochemical industry
• Setting out of validation programmes and liaising with validation engineers
• Engineering and design support to the business

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidates will possess most of the following:

• A minimum of 5 years engineering experience preferably in production design
• Engineering background qualified to HND or degree level
• Knowledge of Solidworks or Autocad inventor
• Good IT Skills
• Ability to interact effectively with other key functions within the business and implement change
