Responsible for all sales activity from lead generation to close within an assigned territory, you will identify & develop relationships with & referrals from clients & other professionals to maximize revenue & contribute to overall marketing activity.
To meet our core values, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction our consultants will have at least 2-5 years of b2b sales experience ideally in the training industry & excellent communication skills, high integrity & a proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets. The ability to hold targeted conversations with business owners & key decision makers that maximize opportunities of closing a sale is essential.
You will develop a database of qualified leads & keep accurate records of all sales & prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, & follow-up activities.
The vacany will initially be on a self employed basis but may become permanent for the right candidate. We offer a generous commission structure which will allow OTE in the region of £18-20k in the first year.
