We are looking for a web developer to join the digital team at Guerilla. The ideal candidate will be an experienced PHP developer with a relevant degree, capable of supporting our existing projects, working with new and existing clients and supporting the rest of the team at Guerilla on all things digital.

The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years industry experience and be well versed in the following essentials:

• A vast and unmetered experience of object-oriented PHP5
• A good HTML & CSS backing including the ability to create clean, semantic and accessible code
• An excellent backing in browser testing with all modern, and perhaps not so modern browsers
• The ability to write well formated, well structured code and follow coding guidelines where required
• A proven working knowledge of SVN version control
• A background working with the LAMP stack and basic administration skills
• An everyday knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop & Flash), used through the Agency
• Be able to follow best practices and document your own work
• The ability to play to your own strengths, but to help other members of the team when needed
• Be a strong shared asset to Guerilla, but still willing to take on board new concepts and experience from other team members

In addition to the above essentials, any of the following would be advantageous:

• Experience with Adobe’s AIR framework and AS3
• A background using payment gateways and other third party services
• A working knowledge of Magento, WordPress or similar
• A mastery of linux server administration
• Past experience in native app development for IOS/Android
