We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Investment Manager to join the new Business Winning Team, a partnership between Gateshead and Newcastle City Councils and the business community to attract, secure and retain overseas and indigenous inward investment in to NewcastleGateshead. 

There has never been a more exciting time to join us as the destination continues to grow and attract companies from high growth sectors including creative, digital, life sciences, offshore and business services.

The successful person will have detailed understanding of the inward investment process and may have specific knowledge within one or more of the target sectors.  Experienced at identifying, developing and landing investment projects, you will be comfortable working in partnership and will relish the opportunity to network and negotiate with senior business leaders and stakeholders.   

You will be highly motivated, tenacious and a real team player who is willing to contribute towards the achievement of targets and to the development of the destination as one of Europe’s leading investment locations.
