The role of the sales co-ordinator is primarily to assist the Sales Director & the Account Directors with all administration duties.
The tasks involved include raising order confirmations & invoices, sending them directly to the client & chasing the client in order to get the necessary documents returned as quickly as possible.
Further duties include liaising with our production department & other external suppliers in order to confirm counts regarding various databases & forwarding on the results to the client & the relevant Account Director.
The Sales Co-ordinator will also undertake various other administrative duties such as liaising with our website developers, taking client calls & other duties as & when required.
The ideal candidate must be computer literate, have a high level of grammar & have any eye for detail & must be able to work under their own initiative.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. The place of work is the BIC, Sunderland.
