Support At Any Stage: Northumbria Probation Trust Share Investors in People Story
Northumbria Probation Trust’s (NPT) mission is to protect the public from harm, reduce re-offending, support victims and rehabilitate offenders. Their vision is to support a community where people live free from crime and the fear of crime.
Investors in People since 1999 and now IiP Gold and Champions, they are keen to share their experiences and how the framework has helped them to continuously improve as an organisation – and so they have released a new case study to do just that.
“For us, it’s hard to see how Investors in People cannot support an organisation, no matter what size or sector, as the framework provides a structure that supports development and positive change.
“In other words, Investors in People can support you at any stage, from setting up in business through to major change. It can help you to achieve your goals and highlight opportunities…“
