Top creatives come together for Expoganza

Experts on hand to help graphic professionals make money in the creative sector in 2016.

Graphic professionals in the UK will find out how to access some of the fastest growing sectors in the creative market at a series of events to be launched in 2016, aimed at helping creatives future-proof their businesses.

Expoganza will be held during January and February 2016 in Manchester, London and Bristol and will bring together some of the most exciting and fast-growing brands in the sector.

The events are being sponsored by Grafenia plc; leaders in the graphic arts industry and are open to web designers, printers, copy shops, sign makers, graphic designers, marketing agencies, branding consultants, print buyers, print resellers and digital agencies.

Visitors to Expoganza will learn from experts representing brands including Google, w3p and Nettl, who will be on hand to showcase the latest in web and technology-related systems for graphic professionals. Other brands include Brambl, printing.com, Eposnow, Marqetspace and TemplateCloud. Themed arenas will include the Fabric Gallery, Print Boutique, w2p Hub, Web Studio and Business Lounge.

Grafenia’s CEO, Peter Gunning says the events will be held in creative spaces that lend themselves to the innovative nature of Expoganza. He explains: “The events are a mash-up of exhibition, networking, demos and freebies, all designed to bring a bit of light-hearted fun to dark winter evenings. This combination makes them truly unique in the sector and we’ve chosen three very distinctive spaces in leading UK cities in which to host some of the industry’s most talented and forward-thinking brands.

“Anyone who is serious about making money in design, print, display, web or technology really can’t afford to miss out.” he added. “Not only is Expoganza a chance to network with other graphic professionals, but it’s a brilliant opportunity to learn about the latest trends in web design and print.

Attendees can find out how to enter the fast-growing digital textiles market – which has grown at 25 per cent year-on-year for the past five years – and even borrow free demo equipment. They’ll discover how ecommerce can help businesses grow – both their own, and by selling and supporting it for their own clients. And they’ll be able to watch free demos of the latest web design tools and advances in web-to-print technology, which help build sticky client relationships. Expoganza will be held at The Lowry Gallery, Salford Quays, Manchester on Wednesday 13 January; at The Crypt on the Green, Clerkenwell, London on Wednesday 27 January, and at Paintworks, Bath Road, Bristol on Wednesday 10 February. The events will be open between 3pm and 7pm and visitors are welcome to drop by at any time. Advance reservation is required. Complimentary drinks and gift bags will be available.
