Fonseca’s Stanley Street will be hosting a romantic food-filled evening for couples dining on February 14.
The city centre eatery is serving up a true taste of romance with its aphrodisiac dishes, guaranteed to get hearts racing. Its Starter Sharing Platter includes Filo Wrapped Crispy Asparagus and the option to add Baked Oyster Rockafella with mains such as ‘Fonseca’s’ Individual Welsh Black Beef Fillet ‘Wellington’ (Pan Seared Beef wrapped in Flaky Puff Pastry with Mushroom Duxelle and Duck Liver Pate, served with Beef Dripping Fondant Potato and Roasted Root Vegetables).
Lovebirds will be spoilt for choice with a duo of delicious desserts including ‘Sweet’ Fonseca’s Chocolate Fondant with Horlicks Ice Cream, White Chocolate and Pistachio Dipped Strawberry or ‘Sweet Enough’ Brie De Meaux with Truffle Honey and Crostini Toasts.
Those dining at the venue can opt for one of two sittings at 6pm or 8pm. Those selecting the later sitting will also enjoy an arrival glass of fizz on arrival alongside an Amuse Bouche and a Palate Cleanser of Mini Frozen ‘Aviation’.
Fonseca’s Valentine’s Day menu is priced at £28 per person for the early sitting (three-courses) and £38 for the late sitting (fizz & five-courses). Booking is essential and a £10 deposit per person is required.

Delifonseca Dockside is serving up a foodie-lover’s dream this Valentine’s Day.
The award-winning eatery is offering a set menu available exclusively on February 14.
The three-course menu comprises an eclectic choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes lovingly curated with the finest quality ingredients; and to make the occasion extra-special, couples dining between 5 and 6pm will receive a complimentary bottle of fizz.
