This week's London appointments

Jo Green, Home Made

London proptech company Home Made has appointed Jo Green as head of business development.

Jo joins Home Made from proptech firm Ideal Flatmate where she was UK sales director, having previously held the role of director of PRS and Build to Rent client services at LSL’s PRSim.

With over 20 years of business development experience and knowledge of the Build to Rent (BtR) space, Green will lead the continued growth of Home Made’s business-to-business arm.
Commenting on her appointment, Jo said: “I am hugely excited to be joining a company that is transforming the lettings industry with a unique model delivering unrivalled results.

“Home Made’s approach, underpinned by some ground-breaking tech, is reducing the time it takes to lease-up schemes and frequently over delivering on ERV’s.

“With so many letting agencies over promising and under delivering it is so exciting to join a company who has been testing and refining their model for over two years and can now bring actual transactional results to the sector.”

Asaf Navot, Home Made founder and CEO added: “We’re on a mission to change the perception of the lettings industry, using tech to make finding the perfect tenant pain-free, transparent, fair, and more enjoyable.

“We’re delighted to welcome Jo Green to the Home Made team and know her expertise will be of great value as we continue to grow our B2B portfolio.”

Alexandra Evans, ThinCats

In her new role, Alex is set to bring that experience to bear and provide support to the ThinCats teams in London and the South East as well as communicating and coordinating with clients.

Dave Sherrington, regional head of sales at ThinCats, commented: “We are excited to welcome Alex to ThinCats - she will be a valuable asset, especially with her previous experience managing clients across the South East.

“Our continued focus is to build on the success of recent years, providing growth capital to UK mid-sized businesses.”

Alex added: “I am delighted to join ThinCats at an exciting time for the business following another record year of funding. Investment is crucial for many firms as they look to the next stage of their growth.

“Lenders like ThinCats, using institutional money, are increasingly becoming a key part of the lending space and I’m delighted to be in a great position to help more businesses.”
