Sheffield SME workspace set to launch following multi-million pound revamp

A city centre building which has undergone transformation into an SME workspace is set to launch this week.

Central Sheffield building Deacon House, which has been fully refurbished and will now be known as Wizu Workspace 32 Eyre Street, is set to open its doors on February 27.

The building has undergone a multi-multi pound refurbishment led by flexible workspace specialist Wizu Workspace, and now comprises a range of private office suites, co-working facilities, event space and meeting rooms.

Commenting on the launch, Tom Almas, Wizu managing director, said: “We are proud to have turned an unloved building into a beautiful workspace in Sheffield. It will allow businesses to thrive at their own pace without being tied into long-term contracts.”

Natasha Babar-Evans, Wizu Workspace COO, added: “We are delighted to be part of the regeneration of Sheffield and to be a catalyst for local enterprise.

“We’ve invited a number of inspirational business leaders to speak at the event about why they have chosen Sheffield as a place to grow their business and tap into the local talent.”
