AspinallVerdi appoints consultant in London office
Independent property regeneration consultancy AspinallVerdi has appointed Sophie Rodriguez as consultant in its London office as the business continues to strengthen its presence across the capital and South East.
Based in Clerkenwell, Sophie joins from Savills, where she worked within the South East development team advising on residential-led and mixed-use schemes.
She brings experience across development consultancy, Red Book valuations and advisory work for both public and private sector clients, including loan security valuations on assets valued up to £70 million.
At AspinallVerdi, Sophie will support financial viability assessments and wider regeneration consultancy projects across London and the South East, advising local authorities and developers on schemes spanning Westminster, Hertfordshire, Surrey and Bedfordshire.
Parminder Dosanjh, director and head of the London office of AspinallVerdi, said: “Sophie is the latest invaluable and experienced addition to our ever expanding consultancy team as we attract and retain talent to address rising demand from clients for our expert and tailored services.”
