Aon welcomes Manchester graduate intake
Global professional services firm Aon has welcomed four graduates to its Manchester office as part of its Early Careers programme.
The new recruits will gain hands-on experience across commercial risk through Aon’s newly launched business development programme, working alongside colleagues and clients while developing their technical and professional skills.
The four graduates have also joined Aon’s Launch programme, which supports university leavers making the transition into full-time employment.
Combining practical experience with structured development and professional qualifications, the programme is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to build long-term careers with the firm.
Lulu Searle, who has joined Aon following a degree at the University of Liverpool, said: “I’m really pleased to have joined Aon’s Manchester team and to be starting my career with such a well-established global firm.
“I’m looking forward to learning from colleagues across the business, gaining valuable practical experience and building strong foundations for my future career.”
The Manchester intake forms part of Aon’s wider investment in developing early-career talent and creating routes into the professional services sector.
Jessica Nield, business development manager at Aon in Manchester, added: “We’re delighted to welcome this year’s graduates to Aon.
“Our Early Careers programme plays an important role in bringing talented people into the business and giving them the experience, support and development they need to fulfil their potential.
“Each of our new graduates brings their own skills, experiences and perspectives to the firm.
“I look forward to seeing them develop their careers and make a valuable contribution to our clients and the wider Manchester team.”
