Brass has scooped a prestigious trophy at the 2017 Travel Marketing Awards for its ‘Make your short break a SuperBreak’ TV advertising campaign for SuperBreak.

Winning in the category of ‘Best TV Ad under £100k’, the advert sat at the heart of the TV-led campaign, which stood out for its charm, simplicity and strong response-driven approach. The TV ad was supported by outdoor, radio and door-drops in campaign regions; generating big increases in visitors to the SuperBreak website and double-digit uplifts in key sales regions.

Responding to news of the impressive win, David Lavelle, Managing Partner at Brass commented:

“We’re incredibly proud to have won such a prestigious award within the travel industry. Making the brand more famous in an empathetic way and capitalising on that interest, that has also delivered great results.“

Held at the Grosvenor House, London, the 2017 Travel Marketing Awards are the largest and most prestigious event in the travel and tourism marketing calendar, and were presented by Romesh Ranganathan on Tuesday 14th March in a glittering ceremony. The 2017 awards were open to advertising agencies, in-house teams, design consultancies, digital agencies, PR companies, integrated agencies, media companies and more; and were judged by an independent panel of esteemed marketing and travel industry professionals.
