ShowBiz2018 : Supercharge your Sales and Marketing – North Tyneside
North Tyneside Business Forum is holding a free training and networking event to help member businesses supercharge their sales and marketing strategies this month.
ShowBiz 2018 will be held on Thursday 24 May from 8.30am to 12.30pm at the Village Hotel, Cobalt Business Park. The event is free of charge to Forum Members and includes presentations, business exhibition stands, networking opportunities and a free breakfast.
Back for the fifth year in a row, ShowBiz 2018 is bigger and better than ever, featuring local entrepreneurial speakers who will deliver real-life and useable hints and tips to help small businesses keep their sales and marketing activities in-house.
Hosted by local business owner, Nicola Jayne Little from Digital Sparkles, the half-day event will offer attendees the opportunity to hear inspirational presentations from local business people as well as the chance to network with other local businesses.
Nicola Jayne Little, host of ShowBiz 2018 said: “I am very pleased to be hosting and speaking at this event. Nine years ago I left my teaching job to launch a business and I am delighted to have been asked to pass on my expertise to other businesses starting out or growing in the local area.”
Other speakers presenting on the day include Angela Carrington from The Bigger Picture, who will offer key tips for creating visually engaging imagery for use on social media; Keith Newman from Highlights PR, with advice for achieving valuable media coverage through Public Relations; and Victoria Fleming from Buzztastic, who will give you the confidence to sell your products and services.
David W Bavaird, Chair of the Business Forum, said: “This is a major event in the Borough’s business calendar with an opportunity for business owners to come together to expand their business knowledge, promote their businesses and boost their business sales and marketing.”
Delegates will also be able to browse an exhibition featuring other local businesses in the sales and marketing industry which can help them Supercharge their sales and marketing. A few exhibition stands are still available for North Tyneside-based businesses.
