Get Mentoring - with DEAL Group (final workshop)
Posted by Lisa Vickers on 17 May 2012
Due to an extension of funding for the ‘Get Mentoring’ initiative to the end of May 2012, DEAL Group will be delivering one final workshop of the current series. So anyone who missed out on the free training sessions throughout January and March have one last chance to book a place.
‘Get Mentoring’ is part of a major government initiative to train those who work with, in and for small businesses to become business mentors*. Those who complete the training receive a year’s free membership to the IOEE (Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs), a SFEDI Certificate of Recognition and are allowed to deliver mentoring to any type of micro, small and medium sized business. Once recognised as a mentor, all we ask is that you commit at least one hour a month free mentoring to someone running, or who wishes to start, a business.
Having delivered over 30 of the ‘Introduction to Business Mentoring’ workshops around the North East, DEAL will hold the final event on Thursday 24th May (9.30am – 1.00pm). Go to http://get-mentoring.eventbrite.co.uk/?ref=ebtn to read more and book your free place(s). Places are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.
