Newcastle College Graduate Internship project is designed to offer businesses within the North East a cost effective approach to recruiting additional members of the team. By recruiting a Graduate, businesses benefit from the opportunity of additional skills and labour, an increase in productivity, as well as a wealth of knowledge, initiative, fresh and innovative ideas to help your business evolve in this current climate. Graduate Internships are for a fixed term of 3 month, and can be recruited for a specific project or as a probationary period for a long term permanent position (other funding opportunities available on application). Newcastle College provide a unique recruitment service whereby the skills and qualifications of the Graduate are matched to company requirements. We will co-ordinate interviews and give decision makers the opportunity to select the Graduate who is most suited to the role and culture of the organisation. Once appointed, we continue to work with both the company and the graduate to ensure the internship is successful until the end of the project or the transfer to a permanent position.
