Following 20 years working with and managing people in retail and customer care, I became more aware of the requirement of ‘emotional intelligence’ for those who wanted to be effective with/in organisations. I developed X-Sell Learning & Development in 2010 and I enable people to get more of what they want by working with strengths. I am a practitioner of NLP, Myers Briggs (Type I & II) and Strengthscope and utilise these tools and my 20+ years of supporting people experience to empower people and organisations to become more effective.
