Join us as we review the current performance of the North East economy and discuss what makes the North East a competitive location.
In March 2018, the North East Local Enterprise Partnership published its first annual Our Economy report. One year on – and following the publication of the updated North East Strategic Economic Plan – this year’s Our Economy report will present an update on the performance of the North East economy.
As well as looking at our overall performance, this year’s Our Economy report will review what makes the North East a competitive location. As a region, it is important that we better understand our assets and capabilities, and what we have to offer individuals, businesses and investors.
The event will involve a panel of speakers from business, universities and the North East LEP; discussing our competitiveness and what the North East needs to do to build on this going forward.
