About Our Subject Experts Charlotte Nichols

With almost 20 years’ experience in PR, 15 of those spent running her own business, Harvey & Hugo, Charlotte is on a mission to give businesses a voice by amplifying their story. During this time she has ran award-winning campaigns for global, national and regional firms across a range of industries generating millions of pounds worth of international, national and regional media coverage and building significant brands in the process. Mother of two, Charlotte also hosts the PRsonal podcast which gets to know the real person behind the professional and is a trustee of mental health charity, The Headlight Project.

Sophie Milliken MBE

Sophie Milliken MBE, CEO of Moja Group, empowers entrepreneurs and executives to elevate their profiles. A businesswoman and mother, she champions the North East, co-founding City Ladies Networking and chairing Smart Works Newcastle. Sophie hosts the hit podcast Beyond the Bio, which features in the podcast charts in the UK, Ireland, Australia and Estonia! Sophie’s third book, From Unknown to Unforgettable: How to build a personal brand that goes beyond the Bio, was released this Summer. Sophie was awarded an MBE for services to Business and to Education in the 2023 New Year honours list.

The Small Print Workshops are open to all members and partners of the Forum. Two guest places are available to ‘Ultimate’ and ‘Premium’ members. Please note guests must be from your own company.
