Lead the Field 2008

During 2006 and 2007, 400 delegates from more than 200 voluntary organisations became graduates of ‘Lead the Field’ – our groundbreaking management development programme. The courses that make up ‘Lead the Field’ constitute training of the very highest standard and seek to provide cutting edge skills, methods and processes to help non profit organisations excel in their work. You can choose to book on the whole programme – or cherry pick individual days. The modules include:

In 2007 we won recognition from the Institute of Leadership and Management and can now offer the ILM Development Award to go along with attendance on ‘Lead the Field’.
