50% of employees lack faith in boss
Only half of employees think that their boss is a good leader, according to a YouGov survey commissioned by Impact International.
The survey also revealed that only 25% of staff think that their employer has adapted their leadership style to take account of the current economic climate.
When asked about what traits a good business leader should possess 62% of staff listed communication skills, 50% of respondents said the ability to motivate and 25% look for an ability to embrace change and innovation.
“It’s clear that bosses and business leaders have a lot of work to do and need to raise their game during this testing economic crisis,” said David Williams, Founder and CEO, Impact International.
