Successful advertising for Select Living’s retirement village

On 5th February 2012 Eslington Mews and Springfield House, the brand new retirement village and care home from Select Living by Helen McArdle at Low Fell, opened their doors for the first time.

But don’t hesitate to view them, bookings for the tours are filling up quickly and many people are already moving into the apartments and bedrooms.

Through open events and a full advertising campaign in partnership with Newcastle design agency, Urban River, many buyers have already been found for the 21 apartments in Eslington Mews and 69 bedrooms in Springfield House.

Rachel Todd, Marketing Manager at Helen McArdle said “the objective of the advertisement campaign was to increase awareness of the Low Fell development overall. The outdoor advertising in Gateshead has been the most successful as this has encouraged many enquirers to either call us directly or request a brochure pack via our website www.select-living.co.uk.

As a result of the outdoor, radio and print campaign, many have been taken and there was a high demand for viewings prior to the open event on 5th February which was great news. We have sold more apartments and residents have begun to make Springfield House their home.“

The Select Living project has been a team effort from Helen McArdle Care and Urban River; who created everything from the brand logo and website to enquiry brochure packs, event invitations and advertisements; all leading up to the official opening of the retirement community on 5th February 2012.
