Richard Gibson joins Modus Seabed Intervention's Business Development operation
Modus Seabed Intervention, the leading subsea engineering and specialist Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV) service provider, has announced industry specialist Richard Gibson as its new Business Development Consultant.
Richard has taken on the role to support Modus’ business development activities from his base in Aberdeen as the company expands its presence in the offshore oil & gas and renewables sectors.
Having previously held senior sales and business development roles at Petrofac, Technip and Acergy among others, Richard will bring a wealth of industry experience to Modus in the new role.
Modus is actively involved in subsea trenching, survey, IRM (inspection, repair and maintenance) and construction support operations across the world operating a fleet of state-of-the-art trenching, Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV) and Work-Class ROV spreads and equipment.
Richard Gibson, Modus’ Business Development Consultant said: “I have been very impressed with the innovation and ambition Modus has shown in the subsea sector, so am very much looking forward to taking up the post.
“The continuing developments within the oil & gas sector represent significant opportunities for growth within Modus, and I am keen to contribute to the on-going development and success of the company.”
