East Coast train service launch new £7m ad campaign
Today East Coast Train Service launched a new ad campaign. It encapsulates everything an advert should be: an idea; an idea we can understand, relate to, warm to and remember.
The multi-channel campaign includes television advertising as well as activities in outdoor, radio, digital, experiential and social media.
East Coast Commercial and Customer Service Director Peter Williams said: “The Feel at Home campaign is about the motivating idea of something which already happens: our customers comfortably travelling on our trains.
“Throughout the pitch process, BMB set out a bold and exciting idea which impressed our consumer groups in research as much as it impressed us. BMB have articulated our brand proposition perfectly with ‘Feel at Home’ and it’s already a proving to be an invaluable vision for the company.”
