Hospitality Guaranteed shortlisted for Internet and ICT Award 2014

Hospitality Guaranteed (HG), a growing professional Hospitality Service, has been shortlisted for the North East Business Awards 2014 after the launch of their new online system. The award is for Internet and ICT to recognise companies that have used web technology, including ICT, e-commerce and e-business, to enhance their business.

Hospitality Guaranteed, established in 2006, serves to work with clients sourcing and managing conference, events and accommodation requirements.

Rebranding the HG website and launching their new online product, Conference Stop, allows the County Durham based firm to offer a unique online management system that differs from most venue sourcing agencies.

Conference Stop is an exclusive aspect of the new website, One Stop, which enables you to not only find a perfect conference venue, but the customised online system manages the conference bookings across your company. It keeps everything saved in one easy to use one-stop location, and shows full visibility of spend and transparency to enable you to make cost savings.

The launch of the new HG website with the conference system, in December 2013, has proven savings on annual expenditure for clients as well as reducing manpower and resources.

The HG team have expanded from originally two members of staff to 13 and have recently moved to bigger offices at Wynyard Business Park, Stockton- on- Tees, enabling the team to grow to a further 20 people in the future.
