Mobile workforce management solution Yes Workforce launches
Yes Workforce, the leading SaaS provider for mobile workforce management, has today successfully launched its ‘off the shelf’ mobile workforce solution.
The solution was developed from Yes Workforce’s enterprise software engine, which has been integrated by large corporations such as TNT Post. Now small to medium sized businesses can use the same core product to manage mobile workforces effectively and reduce paperwork.
Yes Workforce is a cloud-based solution enabling teams of workers on the move to coordinate jobs and exchange information easily through a mobile app, reducing paperwork and improving efficiency. The software also allows users to capture signatures, fill out automatically generated time sheets, and send and receive photographs - all from their mobile.
The real-time dashboard makes it easy to schedule and reallocate jobs for multiple employees. Teams can also run real-time reports and view live updates from their workers on the move.
The mobile management platform improves workforce organisation through real time tracking, eliminating the need for paper-based admin and increasing accountability with evidence of completed jobs.
It is headquartered in Bolton in the UK with satellite offices located across Europe.
Chris Flynn, Founder and CEO of Yes Workforce, commented: “Our vision is to help businesses become more efficient, helping them to eliminate time-consuming paperwork so they can focus on what they do best.
“Demand for our cloud-based solution has been extremely encouraging, and I’m confident that this will continue to grow as we come out of beta and establish Yes Workforce as the most advanced and cost effective mobile workforce management solution available.”
