Manchester property consultancy appointed to £35 million development
Manchester based property consultancy Millson Associates has been appointed by its client Seddon Homes to the build of 197 new homes, with a total gross development value of £35 million.
Millson Associate, which has offices in Manchester and London and employs 18 members of staff, has been appointed to design and secure planning for the homes.
The properties are predominantly located at sites in the North West and North Midlands, including 59 new dwellings at the Silkstone scheme in Castleford.
Other projects include 87 dwellings at two new sites in South Cheshire and nine new homes in Stone, wherein Millson will be assisting with the planning application.
Associate Ryan Brookes said: “We have an excellent eight-year working relationship with Seddon Homes and I am delighted to be able to extend our work with these latest projects which we hope will ultimately bring 197 much-needed homes.”
Philip Millson, Director, concluded: “It has been a fruitful period in one of our core sectors. We’ve delivered work for Gedling, Seddon and Forrest for many years now and I’m delighted that those relationships have again been extended with this series of projects.”
