Recruitment drive at Wilsons
Nottingham-based The Wilson Organisation is creating a number of new roles as part of its latest recruitment drive.
Reporting a ‘surge in demand’ for business insurance, financial services and employee benefits advice, and guidance on auto-enrolment for local SMEs and OMBs, the firm is looking to add to its team of professional specialists to support its expanding portfolio.
The Wilson Organisation is a UK top 100 financial adviser and insurance broker, providing insurance and financial advice to businesses and individuals in the Midlands. A third generation family business, the firm also runs the Midlands Family Business Awards, the regions only independent, not-for-profit initiative for the family business sector, which launched in 2010.
“Amongst the new roles is Account Executive within the General Insurance Team, Business Development Executive, a Corporate Account Handler, and a Paraplanner to support the team of advisers,” explains Wilsons’ CEO Annabel Prow (pictured).
“The team is committed to supporting and developing our existing client portfolio, whilst alongside creating and responding to new opportunities, so we are on the look-out for the best professionals to compliment our existing team, the portfolio of providers, and Wilsons’ excellent client service.”
