Six-figure Pink Lady account low hanging fruit for Leeds’ MCG PR
Leeds-based PR firm MCG has been appointed by brand management firm Coregeo to its six-figure Pink Lady apple and Tenderstem vegetable accounts.
MCG won the six-figure account following a competitive pitch process and will handle national consumer and trade PR for the fresh produce brands, across traditional and social media.
Coregeo marketing manager Michelle Toft said: “MCG presented a truly integrated approach, demonstrating a clear understanding of our brands’ potential across traditional routes and social media channels.
“Their creative concepts were outstanding, but more importantly their execution was well thought-through and specifically targeted to deliver against each of our commercial objectives. We’re really looking forward to working with the team.”
MCG has offices in Leeds and London with a client list of national brands that includes Wasabi, Weight Watchers, Greencore, Peppa Pig and Star Wars ice creams, Damart and Vileda.
