Estate agent invests in high street presence over cyber office space
NORTH East and Yorkshire company Addisons Chartered Surveyors has invested in customer service and technology, in its first office transformation putting the customer firmly at the centre of both design and service.

Addisons has also invested in technology across the whole business with its bespoke Open Door user-friendly software, which allows clients to login and track the progress of the marketing and sale of their property at any given time day or night.
The innovative and flexible service allows sellers to track the progress of the marketing and sale of a property. Owners register for the service and can check Rightmove hits, viewing feedback and notes added by their sales negotiator ensuring that they are up to date with progress of the sale and have access to information around the clock.
