With Dockside space still available, David MacDonald, director, Albert Dock Company, commented:
“The vision for Dockside was to offer contemporary and quality office suites within the stunning Albert Dock complex. We understand flexibility is key. As such we are delighted to offer short term leases to reflect occupational requirements on a selection of refurbished suites. The leases are uncomplicated and rents all inclusive, which have been priced competitively when compared against other office space in the city centre.
“The unrivalled location with its prestigious address, lease flexibility and competitive rents has made the Dockside offices become an attractive option to occupiers. We have seen a glut of recent enquiries from more businesses who are deciding to make the Albert Dock their home. This is especially true from businesses within the creative sectors as the recent lettings testify.”
Lee Jones, owner, Stone Management Group, said:
“We have been based in Albert Dock for over ten years now, and the rapid expansion we have seen in the past year in Stone meant that we needed a solution and Dockside is ideal. We continue to grow and we have availability and flexibility here to expand our growing support team as the business needs demand.”
Tony Casson, creative director, Listen Creative, commented:
“We chose to relocate from our Matthew Street studio to Albert Dock because of its iconic status in the heart of Liverpool Waterfront, and Dockside is such an affordable solution. Not only that it’s the atmosphere and the look of the place, clients just love coming here. Who wouldn’t want to come to work in a place like this everyday.”
Phil Nixon, director, Think Publicity, said:
“Moving from Liverpool’s retail heart of Liverpool ONE to Albert Dock seemed a natural progression. Think is celebrating 10 years in business in 2015 and tourism is one of our biggest growth sectors, with recent account wins Titanic Hotel & Rum Warehouse, StayCentral and NYL Restaurant & Bar at Aloft Hotel, where better than to locate to one of the region’s biggest tourist attractions. When the sun is out, its arguably one of the best places to work in the city.”
Available to let, Dockside offers tenants newly restyled offices in The Colonnades at Albert Dock, with suites available from 480-6,400 ft². Boasting many original features of this fine building, including vaulted ceilings, exposed brick walls and cast iron columns, the offices come with their own front door, flexible, easy-in easy-out terms, as well as nearby parking. All of the suites benefit from breathtaking views, and perfectly compliment the already world-renowned leisure and tourism facilities at Albert Dock.
The development of the Dockside office concept further demonstrates Arrowcroft’s commitment to Liverpool and Albert Dock, over 25 years after the development re-opened to the public.
