GoDaddy Launches New Microsoft Office Premium Bundle to Help UK Small Businesses Get Online

UK-Exclusive Bundle Features Microsoft Office 365, a Business Domain Name and Website Creation, all with GoDaddy 24/7 Customer Support

GoDaddy Inc., the world’s largest technology provider dedicated to small businesses, today launched a new Premium Office Bundle, a simple and affordable option for small businesses to get online and manage their business. For just £4.99 a month with an annual purchase for the first year, small business owners will receive a host of services and support designed to help their business be more successful online.

The new Premium Office Bundle includes a domain name, website creation and hosting, and the full Microsoft Office 365 suite including: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote and Publisher. Also included in the package are Office Mobile Apps, online meetings with Microsoft Lync; 1TB secure online storage; and, 50 GB storage for email, contacts and calendars, all of which can be registered across up to five devices. Customers will also benefit from 24/7 customer support from GoDaddy’s local customer care centre.

The news supports GoDaddy’s ongoing commitment to help the UK’s ‘invisible’ small businesses establish a digital identity. Late last year GoDaddy pledged to help get the nation’s 2.5 million* offline small businesses (or ‘Invisible Businesses’) get online by the end of 2016. The campaign kicked off with the introduction of the 24/7 customer care centre in Belfast, Northern Ireland, its first Europe-based customer care centre offering support in 16 languages and the introduction of GoDaddy Online Store service for those looking to set them themselves up for online trading and reaching a global marketplace 24/7.

GoDaddy UK customers have already been using Microsoft Office 365 as a part of their online business management. This new offering provides enhanced options taking advantage of the full Microsoft Office 365 product suite.

GoDaddy customer, Fergus Dyer-Smith, founder of Wooshii, (http://wooshii.com/) said: “Office 365 from GoDaddy allows us to collaborate wherever we are, and gives us the flexibility to work effectively. In this tech-driven age, we need to be working with the latest versions of everything, so we can outpace the competition and be more effective and agile.”

Added GoDaddy customer, Demi Johnson, founder of Rowing Inches, (http://www.inchesapparel.com/)

“I spend a lot of time moving around, whether I’m in the home office or visiting suppliers around the country. Knowing I can work wherever I am is vitally important to me so the GoDaddy Office 365 package has been a real game-changer.”

“If you’re not online you’re invisible to millions of potential customers. People will have a difficult time finding you and the opportunity is lost to dynamically create, build and update your brand’s identity as your business grows” said Stefano Maruzzi, VP EMEA, GoDaddy. “We couldn’t be happier to have our friends at Microsoft on board to help us bring the very best solutions and tools to the UK’s go-getters and risk takers launching their own businesses.”
