North East estate agent celebrates hat trick of successes

A North East estate agent is celebrating a hat trick of successes, building on its achievements of last year, and enjoying continued growth throughout 2015.

Red Hot Property has announced that as well as expanding the business and opening a new office in Whickham, seeing the company employ an additional two members of staff, it has also been named as a five star-rated agency at the International Property Awards and has appointed a marketing consultancy to support its new business ventures.

Commenting on the recent successes, Gareth Jones, managing director of Red Hot Property, said: “Last year was exceptional for Red Hot Property and 2015 is shaping up to be even bigger and better. Our success is down to our deliberately different approach to marketing and selling our clients’ homes.

“Our tried and tested methods have seen us become the number one agent in Northumberland; since 2009 we’ve sold more properties in the Tyne Valley region than any other agency. Our reach is expanding further across the North East, first with our head office in Hexham, then our office in Prudhoe, and now the opening of our Whickham office.”

Mr Jones continued: “At Red Hot Property our aim is now towards ‘advanced marketing’ and targeting our client’s home to the right audience, at the right time and for the right price to meet their needs.

“In order to position Red Hot Property for the next phase of growth, we have appointed marketing experts r//evolution to work with us to ensure that our marketing is sector leading. Ultimately our focus is to help more people to sell their homes across the North East and beyond, whilst continuing our growth and subsequent expansion.”

Gill Burgess, managing director of r//evolution, said: “Our brief from Gareth is to help drive Red Hot Property forwards with a fresh and innovative approach that will re-affirm the company as a leader in its field.

“As such, we’ve developed Red Hot Property a new website – it’s a highly optimised, more advanced platform allowing for better social integration and therefore customer engagement.

“We’re also managing the agency’s social media platforms to better market homes for sale using digital channels such as Pinterest and embracing new media tools including video tours.”

With the new website complete and social media activity under way, it is expected that sales will increase significantly this year, allowing Red Hot Property to open further offices across the North East, as well as adding more members of staff to the team, over the coming months.
