Originally from Germany, Manuela studied and worked in the US and Canada for several years before moving to the UK, most recently working for the e-job board, Totaljobs.com in London as their business consultant team manager.
Farnham Castle has delivered cultural training programmes to organisations including FTSE 100 companies and government agencies for more than five decades.
