Advanced Showcasing Integrated HR System at Learning Technologies
Advanced Business Solutions (Advanced) will showcase its human capital management (HCM) suite, newly integrated with learning and training management software, at Learning Technologies 2016. The company will be demonstrating the technology on stand M10 at Europe’s leading event for workplace learning technology, which takes place at Olympia 2 London on 3rd-4th February 2016.
Advanced’s HCM offering includes payroll processing solution, OpenPeople, and OpenHR which covers all aspects of HR from appraisals and development, to absence and benefits management. OpenLMS (Learning Management System) makes it easy for organisations to manage public, onsite, in-house and online training as well as room bookings, and now integrates with the HCM software.
The product suite provides customers with a fully integrated, learning and talent management solution. The solutions can be customised according to an organisation’s requirements, and existing OpenHR and OpenPeople users will be able to deploy OpenLMS as an additional module.
Simon Fowler, Managing Director, Advanced Business Solutions (Commercial), said: “The integration with OpenLMS means we can now offer customers a complete, end-to-end suite for HR, payroll and learning and training management, enabling all HR processes and data to be handled in one place.
“This ties in with Advanced’s overall proposition of helping businesses to streamline their internal processes, improve efficiency and support staff to focus on more strategic business activities.”
Learning Technologies is now in its 17th year and with over 7,500 visitors and 500 conference delegates, it is regarded as the most important exhibition and conference for workplace learning and development professionals. Speakers at this year’s conference include senior figures from organisations such as PwC, Channel 4, KPMG, Facebook and Coca-Cola.
