Race to register interest in Ripon's new homes

Buyers are racing to register their interest in a £2million new homes development in Ripon where work started just last month and as a result the development company behind the scheme has released the first homes for sale ahead of schedule.

Sales Manager Andrew Skelton from Dacre Son & Hartley says: “Since announcing that Advent Developments would be delivering eight exclusive new homes in Ripon, we have seen a vast amount of interest from buyers wanting to know more about Wheatsheaf Close. For this reason we’ve decided to release three homes for sale now.

“The development’s location, just of Harrogate Road and one mile from Ripon’s City Centre, means that the homes benefit from having excellent schools and services nearby. The realistic pricing of the homes, which start from £200,000, has also really appealed to potential buyers.”

Tim Reeve from Advent Developments says: “We always do plenty of detailed research into the best places for our new homes developments, and it was clear right from the start that this area of Ripon would be a popular choice for a high quality development of three and four bedroom family homes.

“The fact that there are only two other small-scale new homes schemes underway in the City at the moment also indicated that there would be plenty of demand for homes of this size and quality.

“We have appointed well-known local construction firm Wetherby-based Keepsake Construction, which has a superb reputation to carry out the build, so we are confident that we will be delivering eight stand-out homes that will appeal to a wide-range of buyers.”

The first homes will be complete later this year and buyers can register their interest now by calling Dacre Son & Hartley on 01765 605 151, visiting www.dacres.co.uk or www.wheatsheafripon.co.uk
