Myddleton Croft, the Leeds-based discretionary investment management firm, has partnered with specialist financial services software provider IMVS to install a state-of-the-art investment management platform.
The new platform gives the firm’s clients 24 hour online access to their portfolios.
The front-to-back office software is designed to improve the control and efficiency of the investment administration process as well as incorporating an improved online client portal.
The system can be accessed both locally and remotely from mobile devices including tablets and smartphones, giving clients 24 hour secure access.
Julie Jones, managing director of Myddleton Croft, said: “We needed a system that would support our future growth plans as well as strengthening our commitment to delivering superior client service. The IMVS platform will allow our team to take on more business without reaching capacity, and, at the same time, improve our compliance procedures.
“Add to that the enhanced experience for our professional introducers and clients of using the portal, providing more flexible and automated reporting. The platform reinforces the solid foundations we have in place to support our plans.”
John Motley, operations director of IMVS, commented: “We are delighted to have been selected by Myddleton Croft as their chosen systems software provider to enhance their offering to their clients and meet the demands of their future growth plans.
“We are sure that both organisations will benefit from the partnership especially as we share the same ethos with regard to providing the highest class quality of service to our customers.”
IMVS specialises in working with financial services organisations, providing products and services to deliver asset/wealth management solutions. It works with clients using its advanced technology to tailor products to meet their specific software needs.
Established in 2006, Myddleton Croft works with independent financial advisers throughout the UK who use the firm’s investment management expertise to complement their existing financial service propositions. It serves private clients, charities, pension funds and trusts.
