Digital care pathway platform adopted by One Stop Doctors
One Stop Doctors, the private diagnostics and treatment clinic, has adopted a London-based healthtech firm’s digital care pathway management platform as part of its services.
The Hemel Hempstead healthcare provider has followed in the footsteps of Nuffield Health in deploying Lumeon’s Care Pathway Manager system to manage patient journeys from their point of referral to outcome and aftercare.
Incorporating clinical and administrative systems, the digital health startup says that its platform can automate a patient’s journey through the system, personalising their care journey based on their individual data.
Ella Tracey, Chief Executive Officer at One Stop Doctors said: “From the quality, personalised treatment, speedy assessments and communication of results, or anticipating a patient’s healthcare needs and pre-scheduling appointments, by automating the patient journey, Lumeon has given us the flexibility to ensure we spend our time delivering on the customer experience.”
Robbie Hughes, Lumeon Chief Executive Officer commented: “One Stop Doctors has created an invaluable service offering by creating a state-of-the-art facility that features the best technologies, equipment and staff.
“We’re honoured to be their care pathway provider of choice to ensure they can keep their staff focusing on delivering exceptional patient care.”
It follows Lumeon’s deal with private healthcare brand Nuffield Health in November, which saw the deployment of its system across 258 Nuffield sites in the UK.
