Richmond marketing agency moves into first office space at Lingfield Point

Go Limitless, a marketing agency originally based in Richmond, North Yorkshire, has relocated into its first office space in a wing at Lingfield Point which is specifically designed for startups and SMEs.

The agency, which moved into its 190 sq ft office last month, provides services including design, marketing and printing for companies in the retail, insurance and professional sectors.

Go Limitless’ office will be home to three employees, and offer additional space for one or two new recruits planned for the coming year.

Matt Prosser, managing director of Go Limitless, said: “Due to our client orientated approach and perfectionism in all of the services we provide, the business has grown nicely over the past 18 months.

“A large part of this is the Darlington based businesses we have attracted to utilise our services, so it is a natural fit to have a base here.”

Matt continued: “We shopped around for a few different options, but we liked Lingfield Point because it’s got a nice set-up. There’s an art deco feel to the building, but it’s been modernised inside too.

“I think there’s great potential here to building a business community, and we’re aspiring to catalyse this to support our neighbouring businesses.

“We already have plans in place to provide free seminars to our Lingfield Point neighbours and engage them to educate others on the services they provide – anything that adds value and gets people working together.

“It’s so easy in a business environment to just lock yourself in your office every day, but we’d like to build relationships with our neighbours here. The Lingfield Point team have been very welcoming and helpful.”

The move was brokered by Connect Property North East (CPNE) which has also overseen previous moves to Lingfield Point for Capita, Amec Foster Wheeler and The Student Loans Company.

Tim Carter, director of CPNE, said: “It was a pleasure helping Matt and his team find the right space for their agency.

“Lingfield Point continues to provide a well-deserved home to SMEs and start-ups, which is testament to all of the hard work that goes into running and maintaining this unique business location.”

Eddie Humphries, estate manager at Lingfield Point, commented: “We’re proud to be able to cater for companies big and small, and I’m particularly pleased that we have offices like Yarn which can house important SMEs and micro-businesses.

“We’re proud of being a business park with a difference, offering an excellent location and accessibility along with great customer service.”
