Work completed on final phase of £3.5m apartment development in Roundhay
Westward Care, the Leeds-based provider of tailored living and social care for older people, has announced that the final phase of development at its Southlands location is complete.
The completed development represents a £3.5m investment at the venue.
Based in Roundhay, a limited number of luxury apartments remain at Southlands.

“Elsewhere, our Headingley Hall location has recently refurbished a number of their apartments, further demonstrating our commitment to providing and maintaining award-winning living arrangements for the people of Leeds and West Yorkshire.”
Accredited under the gold standards framework for care, there’s currently luxury care home rooms, one and two-bed open plan living apartments and studio apartments available to buy from £185k.
Westward Care apartments have been designed with the homeowner at the heart of the development with a range of facilities, including a 24-hour call system and optional services such as dining package room service and full cleaning and personal laundry.
Residents can also access an in-house hairdressing salon and pamper room, and all day refreshments.
