Workforce management firm opens new Dublin office on back of FTSE 100 contract wins

Digital workforce management business, Gibbs Hybrid Workforce Solutions, is to open a new office in Dublin on the back of strong revenue growth in 2016.

The London and Surrey-based business, which offers a range of workforce services including talent sourcing and project outsourcing, has identified the Irish city as a key growth market due to its booming tech scene, and the concentration of blue chip clients attracted by its favourable tax conditions.

In its announcement about the new office opening today Gibbs said that its presence in Dublin would help it continue to provide its ‘agile’ service to its multinational clients, as well as improving the provision of its ‘bespoke’ talent offering.

Its new office, which joins recently opened offices in Northampton and Cheshire, comes following a 19% jump in its year-on-year revenue in 2016 where it saw business in its UK operations reach £58m fuelled by a pair of major contract wins with FTSE 100 clients.

Farida Gibbs, Chief Executive Officer at the company, said: “It might be an age of remote working and connections around the globe, but we’ve made this move to Dublin because we still believe in being close to our customers. In the past we’ve opened up facilities in places like Northampton and Cheshire to provide talent services where they are most needed.

“Our growth so far has come from this commitment to maintaining client relationships, and as Dublin strengthens its status as a tech hub, we’re very excited to support our clients’ ongoing growth there.”
