Fast-growing property firm shortlisted for award

Hampshire & Regional Property Group has been named as one of the top fast-growing property businesses in the South.

The Portsmouth-based firm has been named as a finalist in the South Coast Property Awards 2017 in the Scale Up Property Business Of The Year category, after impressing judges with its dynamic tale of growth.

Hampshire & Regional Property Group was founded by entrepreneur and property expert Shaun Adams in 2013. Starting from a blank canvas, the company has skyrocketed in the last four years and is now leading on some of the region’s most high profile development projects. Among them is the £60m scheme to transform Southampton’s former fruit & vegetable market into a collection of 280 apartments for the Private Rented Sector.

As the company’s reputation and enviable portfolio of projects has grown, so too has its turnover and team of experts. Hampshire & Regional Property Group’s turnover is expected to double in the next year, having already more than doubled in the previous year.

Founder Shaun Adams said: “We’re thrilled to be named as a finalist in this year’s South Coast Property Awards. We’ve achieved significant growth in just a few short years and we continue to acquire sites and drive economic development in the South. We have ambitious plans to build on these successes and look forward to continued further expansion.”

Hampshire & Regional Property Group specialises in city centre regeneration projects and Private Rented Sector (PRS) schemes.
